01Introduction

Welcome to DashExpo ("DashExpo", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software services, and any associated tools or platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By placing an order, using our website, or engaging us for any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully and keep a copy for your records.

02Our services

DashExpo provides remote and on-site technical services including, but not limited to:

  • Antivirus & endpoint security setup, threat removal, and monitoring
  • Operating system installation (Windows 10 / 11) and configuration
  • Web development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance
  • Data recovery from storage media (HDD, SSD, SD card, etc.)
  • Genuine software licensing and activation
  • Cloud backup and managed hosting

We operate from India and currently serve customers in India, the United States, and Canada. Service availability, response times, and pricing may vary by region.

03Your account

To request a service you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access your devices, accounts, and any portals we provide.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to engage our Services.

04Payment & fees

All prices are quoted in INR, USD, or CAD based on your selected region. Pricing displayed on our website is indicative; the final scope and price for each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • One-time jobs are payable in advance or on completion, as agreed in the scope.
  • Subscription plans (e.g., Care Plus) auto-renew annually unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal.
  • Custom projects follow a milestone-based payment schedule documented in the project agreement.

Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

05Scope of work

Each engagement is governed by a written scope that defines deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria. Work outside that scope is not included and may be quoted separately as a change request.

You agree to provide reasonable access, information, and cooperation needed to complete the work — including but not limited to administrator credentials, license keys, and remote-session approval.

0630-day guarantee

We stand behind our work. If the issue we resolved regresses within 30 days of completion, and the regression is not caused by new third-party software, hardware failure, or user action, we will redo the work at no additional cost.

The guarantee does not apply to hardware repairs, data loss occurring after job completion, or scope items you declined during the engagement.

07Remote access & data

Most of our services are delivered via remote access. You consent to DashExpo accessing your device only for the duration and purpose of the agreed work. We use industry-standard remote tools and recommend you supervise the session.

We do not copy, retain, or analyze personal files unless explicitly required to complete the work (e.g., data recovery). See our Privacy Policy for details.

08Prohibited use

You may not use our Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Install, activate, or distribute pirated, cracked, or unlicensed software
  • Access accounts or systems you do not own or have written permission to access
  • Build or operate infrastructure used for spam, fraud, or malware distribution

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any engagement that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.

09Intellectual property

On full payment for a custom development project, all rights to the deliverables (excluding pre-existing libraries, open-source components, and DashExpo tooling) transfer to you. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

The DashExpo name, logo, and website content remain the exclusive property of DashExpo.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashExpo's total liability arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the event.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

11Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for fees corresponding to work completed to date. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

For customers in the USA and Canada, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction still apply where they cannot be waived.
