01Our policy

All purchases made through DashExpo are final and non-refundable. By making a payment for any service, subscription, license, or product offered by DashExpo, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

All sales are final. Once payment is received, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any kind will not be processed.

02Why no refunds

The services we provide — remote technical work, software installation, custom development, license activation, and data recovery — involve immediate allocation of specialist time, third-party costs, and resources that cannot be reversed or resold once consumed.

To keep our pricing transparent and our turnaround fast, we operate on a strict no-refund basis. This is reflected in the price you see at checkout.

03Free diagnosis before you pay

To make sure you only pay for work that fits your needs, every engagement begins with a free, no-obligation diagnosis. A specialist reviews your case and confirms what we will do, what it will cost, and how long it will take — before any payment is taken.

You are under no obligation to proceed after the diagnosis. If you choose not to move forward, you owe nothing.

04Scope & approval

Once you approve the scope and pay the invoice:

  • Work begins immediately or at the time you schedule.
  • The amount you paid is non-refundable, in full or in part.
  • Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and is also non-refundable once approved.
  • Changes to scope mid-engagement do not entitle you to a refund of work already performed.

05Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor in violation of this policy is considered a breach of our Terms of Service.

In such cases, DashExpo reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any active services or subscriptions immediately.
  • Revoke any software licenses or access credentials issued.
  • Recover dispute fees, legal costs, and any unpaid balance through appropriate channels.

06Exceptional cases

While our policy is firm, we understand that exceptional situations can arise. In rare cases — for example, a duplicate charge caused by a payment-system error on our side — we may, entirely at our own discretion, issue a correction.

Any such adjustment is a goodwill gesture, decided case-by-case, and does not establish a right to a refund in any other situation.
